Project Policy & Execution Terms

Project Timeline

All projects are planned within 30 days from the start date, subject to timely inputs and approvals from the client side.

Client Response & Delay Policy

• Required inputs (documents, approvals, content, shoot readiness) must be shared within 3–5 working days
• No response → project marked on hold
• Delay beyond 15 days → timeline shifts automatically
• 30–40 days → project marked inactive
• 40–50 days → project marked closed

Re-Activation Policy

Closed/inactive projects will restart only as a new project with fresh charges.

Google Process & External Dependency

Google-related timelines (verification, approvals, ranking updates) are not in our control and may take additional time depending on Google’s system.

Documents & Verification Responsibility

Any documents requested by Google (licenses, ownership proof, etc.) must be provided by the client. Delays or incorrect documents may impact completion.

Shoot & Execution Dependency

Street View or similar services will be executed only after client confirms full readiness. Delays fall under client delay policy.

Payment Terms

• Advance confirms booking
• Payments are non-refundable once work starts
• Remaining work proceeds as per agreed structure

Scope of Work

Only agreed services are included. Any extra work, revisions, or additional requests will be chargeable.

Revision Policy

• Limited revisions are included (as per project scope)
• Repeated or major changes beyond scope will be treated as additional work

Communication Policy

All updates and approvals will be considered valid via WhatsApp/email. Lack of response will be treated as delay from client side.

Project Ownership & Access

Client must provide required access (Google, website, etc.). Delays in access will impact delivery timelines.

Work Usage Rights

Completed work (images, Street View, creatives) may be used by Edone Solutions for portfolio or marketing purposes.

Pricing Validity

Quoted pricing is valid for a limited period. Delayed confirmation or restart may lead to revised pricing.
